Receptionist sends documents to the relevant officer of Permission Section
Third Step

- after verification permission is granted to overseas employment promoters for 120 days
Fourth Step
Overseas employment promoters submit all necessary document and fees to reception

Fifth Step
Receptionist sends documents to the relevant officer of Registration Section.
Sixth Step
Registration section checks all documents & verified then after that they allot registration number and stamp on passport then send that file to protector of emigrant.
Seventh Step
Protector of emigrant officer signs, emboss on passport & forward emigrant to briefing section.
Eighth Step
Briefing section officer brief all necessary aspects regarding health, rights etc.
