GUIDANCE FOR PREPARATION OF THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR GRANT OF FRESH OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT PROMOTER’S LICENCE.
Under Section 12 of Emigration Ordinance 1979, the Overseas Employment Promoter’s licence is issued by the Ministry of Labour Manpower & Overseas Pakistanis to the applicant through an application made on prescribed form along with the following documents:

 Proposed name of the Firm/Recruiting Agency is required to be got confirmedy by applicants in writing from the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (HQ), Islamabad to avoid same and similarity of the name prior to preparation of documents.
- Three files of the required documents are to be prepared as per Check List. (Original, Duplicate and Triplicate duly attested).
- All photocopies of the documents must be attested by an officer of (BPS-17) and above of the Federal/Provincial Government.
