EMIGRANTS REGISTRATION METHOD

Outgoing Emigrant (Direct) registration Work Flow

Outgoing Emigrant Registration Through Overseas Employment Promoters (OEP), Work Flow
 


 

 

Outgoing Emigrant (Direct) Registration work flow

First Step

Emigrant Worker (Direct) submits Documents for registration to the Reception of direct employment

  1. Visa
  2. CNIC
  3. Passport
  4. NOC (Lady Worker/ Government Officials/ Army Personals )
  5. Translated documents if it is in other language
  6. understanding /affidavit if agreement is not available

 

Second Step
Receptionist issue Protector of Emigrants Direct Employee form & guide for registration fees & other required bank slips

 

Third Step
Emigrants submit fees chalan in Bank & get registration of NADRA

  1. NICOP- Rs 900
  2. Insurance Certificate – Rs 650
  3. Welfare fund - Rs 1050
  4. Protector fee –Rs 2500

 

Forth Step

Emigrants present all fees chalan & certificate to the receptionist 

 

Fifth Step

Emigrant documents file will send to the relevant office Protector of Emigrants
Registration Section

 

Sixth Step

Registration section checks all documents & verified then after that they allot registration number and stamp on passport then send that file to protector of emigrant

 

Seventh Step
Protector of emigrant officer signs, emboss on passport & forward emigrant to briefing section

 

Eighth Step 
Briefing section officer brief all necessary aspects regarding health, rights etc.

Outgoing Emigrant Registration Through Overseas Employment Promoters (OEP), Work Flow

 

First Step

  1. Overseas Employment Promoters submits outgoing emigrant document to the reception of OEP

 

Second Step
Receptionist sends documents to the relevant officer of Permission Section

 

Third Step

  1. permission section verifies al documents
  2. documents attested by  embassy, consulate, foreign office, ministry of commerce and labour department
  3. after verification permission is granted to overseas employment promoters for 120 days

 

Fourth Step
Overseas employment promoters submit all necessary document and fees to reception

  1. permission no
  2. passports
  3. CNIC
  4. NICOP slip Rs-900
  5. Insurance certificate Rs-650
  6. Welfare fund slip Rs-1050
  7. Protector fees slip Rs-4450
  8. Registration fees slip Rs-100
  9. FSA (Foreign Service Agreement ) on OEP letter head

 

Fifth Step
Receptionist sends documents to the relevant officer of Registration Section

 

Sixth Step
Registration section checks all documents & verified then after that they allot registration number and stamp on passport then send that file to protector of emigrant

 

Seventh Step
Protector of emigrant officer signs, emboss on passport & forward emigrant to briefing section

 

Eighth Step 
Briefing section officer brief all necessary aspects regarding health, rights etc.
